Responsibilities:-
1. Costing & estimation of switchboards, etc.
2. Assist in preparation of quotations, technical data, compiling brochures, catalogues & technical details, layout dimensional drawings, etc... required for submission to clients.
3. Assist Sales Team in following-up for orders.
4. Develop & implement use of computer for costing, estimation & quotations. Set-up and improve on standardised costing method.
5. Check & compare costing / estimation against actual costs for awarded job. Budget planning & control for jobs.
6. Responsible for correct / accuracy of acceptable level in costing.
7. Sourcing of components / parts with assistance from Purchasing Department. for better alternatives, improvements, cost effective, etc. when required.
8. Assist in co-ordination work (internal or external).
9. Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors
10. Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.
