Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders promptly via email or phone, ensuring accuracy in all details

· Verify order data and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure accuracy before order release

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide first- and second-line support for hardware and software Installation.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

E-Commerce Sales Support

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
