Job Responsibilities

1. Supervises all technical aspects / performance of assigned vessels' operation including maintenance, repair, safety and environmental protection to ensure that these are carried out in a flawless, efficient, competitive and customer focused operation and according to the international and flag state legislation and to initiate corrective actions when such performance is not compliant with the Company's standards. About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly independent Desktop Support Engineer to manage our IT support and operations for our Singapore office (approx. of around 15 users). You will be directly reporting to our IT Support & Helpdesk Manager, based in London. The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to research issues and bring resolution to complex problems.

The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering. This is a 5-day in office role.

Support Role:

Job Scope

• Be the primary technical contact for customers and in house repair jobs
• Assist customers in the repair and maintenance activities, but also with Providing spare parts and associate services
