Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
• Demand Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Planning:

1. Develop accurate demand forecasts, and monitor forecasts based on market trends, sales data, and other relevant factors.
2. Support development and review of monthly production plans to suppliers.
   • Optimize inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
3. Monitor inventory performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
4. May require to handle small scale customers / more easy handled customers
5. Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors.
• Proficient in Japanese language to communicate effectively with the Japanese headquarters.
• Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an inventory planning or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, cheerful and good working attitude
• Willing to travel overseas to meet customers or suppliers when necessary

The Caregiver Support Network (CSN) programme by MPCSL was started in 2022 to look after the needs of caregivers in Marine Parade. The programme has benefited the lives of many and is now expanding into the neighbouring Kembangan-Chai Chee (KCC) constituency.

The Programme Manager (PM) will work with the Head, CSN to implement and establish this programme in KCC.

Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Management

· Conduct needs-assessment and onboard eligible caregivers onto the programme.

· Organise, curate and manage workshops and activities for caregivers.

· Promptly attend to requests of caregivers wrt to caregiving needs till satisfactory completion.

· Conduct regular house visits and phone calls to engage caregivers.

· Liaise with stakeholders and community partners to identify potential caregivers.

· Participate and perform outreach efforts during roadshows and events.

Review & Evaluate Programme’s Initiatives

· Ability to build rapport and engage caregivers across all demographics to find out gaps and needs.

· Review current initiatives/ activities (e.g. workshops, relevant resources) and identity growth areas.

· Plan and execute programme evaluation processes e.g. quantitative/qualitative surveys, and focused group discussions etc.

· Implement initiatives with proper structure and process i.e. collateral design, publicity campaigning, officially launching the programme etc.

Financial Planning and Management

· Oversee the annual budget planning exercise and track income and expenditure of the programme.

Required Competencies

Technical Competencies

· Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences

· Fluent and well-spoken in English and Mandarin Chinese/ Bahasa Melayu

· Minimum 3 years of work experience. Experience in social services/ community care / healthcare sectors would be would be advantageous

· Have a good understanding of healthcare schemes and social service landscape

· Ability to analyse data and outcomes to determine trends and identify gaps

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Good team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience in marketing, design work, and social media would be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners.
• Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of the laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of centralised asset pool.
• Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
• Manage IT accounts including coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.

Skills & experience needed:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Operations Centre (GOC) Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support network operations, server hardware and alerts from the data centre facilities. You’ll work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, ensuring timely responses, incident resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Here are the key tasks:

Network Monitoring and Operations:

• Manage tier-1 network monitoring round the clock.
• Monitor the performance and health of data centre, networks and hardware systems.
• Identify potential issues and troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimise downtime.
• Log, update, and progress tickets to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, repair, and maintain data centre infrastructure.

Incident Management and Escalation:

• Follow escalation procedures during critical incidents.
• Act as the point of contact for significant events or technical escalations.
• Coordinate and supervise data centre maintenance efforts, collaborating with internal and external parties.

Documentation and Communication:

• Compile daily monitoring and operational tasks into documents.
• Ensure compliance with physical security procedures, including visitor management and equipment movement.
• Maintain access logs and service reports.
• Track equipment movement in and out of data centres and warehouse facilities.

Quality Assurance and Assessment:

• Ensure subcontractors deliver quality services and meet contractual obligations.
• Conduct routine assessments of data centre infrastructure systems and critical facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line managers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Holds a Diploma or Professional certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science/ Information Technology or possesses equivalent experience.
• At least two years of working experience in Data Centres or 24/7 critical environment management.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in network and server hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding and experience with electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in a Data Centre.
• Have working knowledge and experience with monitoring & ticketing tools.
• Possesses a working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure components.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
• Demonstrates good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all production systems and services managed by Service Operations.
• Provide high-standard incident and problem management support, coordinating resolution efforts with the appropriate resolver teams.
• Minimize system downtime by ensuring prompt escalations to specialized internal and external resolver groups, adhering to customer contracts, SLAs, and monitoring requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level for further investigation and resolution.
• Perform analysis, define requirements, document changes, and verify enhancements for applications and systems.
• Deliver onsite user support during service cutovers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Continuously document lessons learned, known errors, and operational knowledge to improve service delivery.
• Investigate problems by reviewing error logs, reporting faults, and recreating issues in a staging environment.
• Be available for escalations and support on a standby basis when required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working with or providing support for application products (e.g., User Portals, Application components).
• Proficiency in operating systems such as RHEL 7/8, RHEL HA, and Windows.
• Experience with Java debugging and scripting languages like PERL, BASH, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases with the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
• Familiarity with various data types, including APIs, APP, PNR, and DCS, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of XML data structures.
• Experience in the travel domain is preferred.
