We are seeking a Technical Consultant to manage IT Application Technology and related vendor and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work with various teams to achieve project goals, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while meeting the project scope.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new environments with infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams.
• Liaise with IT Security to clear checklists before project go-live.
• Work with vendors to meet technical requirements and support project timelines.
• Coordinate with other application teams on technical aspects.
• Assist the Program/Project Manager with timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to methodologies and processes.
• Monitor daily project contributions and manage risks and issues.
• Engage and negotiate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Degree or master's in IT, banking & finance with banking experience.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML applications (WLM, CDD, TM).
• Experience in AWS.
• Software development experience in API, REST and SOAP.
• Good experience in SQL database.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Proven track record of on-time project delivery.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and leadership skills.

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT

· At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

· Should have good experience in microservices API development, and good knowledge in Java framework.

· Expert in implementing AWS core services like Fargate, EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB, EBS, S3, etc.

· Prior experience in data migration projects from on prem to AWS cloud infrastructure.

· Previous working experience in banking domain is desired.

• Supports the construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
• Raises queries to Client or handles Client’s clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
• Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.
