• We are seeking an Operations Support Engineer to manage and support our IT operations. The role involves developing and scheduling batch jobs, managing cron jobs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. As a key member of the IT Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems across multiple locations, locally and overseas.

Responsibilities:

· Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.

· Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.

· Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.

Requirements:
