Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activities for digital service project.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
• Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for internet-facing system, mobile app, and intranet, including problem management and service requests.
• Work with vendors to understand and troubleshoot technical problems and monitor SLAs.

Job Requirements:

• Immediate starter is preferred.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
