Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. This includes the management of all vendors including building management, all third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors. You are also the primary contact point with our business travel providers and in providing Executive Support for Senior Management as required. The Role

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. This will be a 9-months contract based role commencing in April 2025 with an opportunity for extension if required by project. Location is based in the west of Singapore. The main responsibilities are:

• To coordinate and to supervise the whole construction works of the Contractor on site and to agree on the detailed programme of work.
• To check and ensure that all necessary instructions have been given to the Contractor and authorization from the Head Office has been obtained.
• To check and ensure that all materials are ordered and delivered to the site by the Contractor in good time with all necessary permits obtained.
