• Observe and perform detail investigation in up-coming product problems in close cooperation with the Workshop Manager.
• Provide support to workshop on matters related to product and repair technology with information, advice and practical assistance when necessary.
• Report product problems according to Principal guidelines and push for solution.
• Plan and purchase mandatory diagnostic equipment and special tools recommended by Principals.
• Responsible for the quality of service and repair work performed.
• Responsible for conducting both in-progress and final QC of vehicles.
• Responsible to monitor workshop carry forward vehicles & thruput are within capacity
• Liaison with the manufacturer on all matter related to workshop.
• Responsible for conducting test drive.
• Responsible for the use, maintenance and proper condition of tools and workshop facilities.
• Assist Workshop Manager on any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in supervisory role in vehicle workshop environment.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs of European marques with Supercars preferred.
• Good diagnostics repair skills, including electrical and electronics
• Must have master technician certificate
• Must be willing to travel overseas

CONTEXT OF THE JOB

You will be reporting to the regional Head of AMS from a day to day activities perspective. Provide support for local and regional applications within the business as part of the AMS team (application management and support). You will be responsible for supporting exchange related tasks and applications within the regional IT team from a projects and day to day activities point of view (communications, IT upgrades, market testing, etc). Ensure all systems and services are stable and managed to ABN AMRO Clearing standards, and conform to industry best practices. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Local and Regional Focus:

• Providing analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for new and existing software.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years’ and above experience working as a Java Developer (Python/Perl experience a plus).
• Experience in IT services and support is preferred.
• Experience in finance industry such as stock broking or wholesale finance is preferred.
• IT related University degree or equivalent
• Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Maven.
• Experience with GIT, Bamboo and CVS.
• Experience with Linux operating system.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cheque Processing Vendor to ensure optimal performance and improvement of existing processes

• Monitor service levels performance against critical measures set in service contract

• Review monthly invoices billed by vendor

• Oversee Change Controls and Special Requests to manage changes in the outsourced environment with the respective subject matter experts or control functions in the bank.

• Review processes and identify areas for improvement, risk and control.

• Perform operational issue / incident / escalation management of cheque/courier-related matters and identify root cause(s) and implement preventive measures.

• Prepare and facilitate audits by internal, external or regulatory audit functions.

• Provide operational support to Business Units for new initiatives.

• Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for outsourced-related matters

• Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementations in the outsourced area

• Perform and support site visits with site visit SMEs and control functions

Job Description:
