Key Responsibilities:
● Work with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and provide technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
● Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
● Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations.
● Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality.
● Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
● Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
● Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
● Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
● Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
● Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
● Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies are preferred.
Qualifications:
● Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
● Knowledge of other Dynamics business applications such as Finance, Commerce and Customer Insights will be an added advantage.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
● Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
● Spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
