Requirement - Advanced Response Center (Tier 1)

ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. What is Front Office Desktop Support responsible for?

Front Office Desktop Support provides technology and functional support to internal clients for issues including hardware, operating system, desktop/web applications, mobility, conferencing, and printing. Responsibilities

• Regional role for APAC

What you’ll be doing?
