This role focused on coordinating responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. This role involves managing the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding spare parts, provisioning products, or related services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient material delivery, manage customer orders, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a 1 year contract role (January 2025 - December 2025).

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve orders in a timely manner.
• Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and perform analysis to address issues efficiently.
• Research in ERP systems to resolve order issues and manage open orders pending resolution.

JD:

* Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows & Microsoft Office 365

* Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers

* Provide user data and application recovery

* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software

* Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment

* Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
