Responsibilities:

• Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.

• Manage IMAC and desk side support services.

• Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.

• Assess and identify occupational therapy and functional needs of children based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

Our team is actively searching for self-confident and highly motivated candidates to join our ranks. If you possess quick learning abilities and strong communication skills, you are a great match. This role provides flexibility in working hours, allowing you to carry out your responsibilities from the comfort of your home.

Your main tasks involve

• coordinating sales meetings with potential clients
• offering company updates to our existing clients, and managing administrative tasks alongside sales services.

Since this is a remote position, it necessitates self-sufficiency and discipline. The monthly salary range falls between $3,000 and $6,000. We require candidates to possess at least "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

· Provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of the company.

· Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.

· Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff.

· Process orders via email or phone with both customers and vendors.

· Get suitable quotes / pricing and check data accuracy in orders and invoices

· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

· Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries

· Maintain and update sales and customer records

· Develop monthly sales reports.

· Communicate important feedback from customers internally

· Should be able to manage and distribute information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.

· Assist in Bookkeeping, mailing and filing duties. Duties may range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to Manager / General Manager. As such, may be required to be knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel, MYOB and ERP solutions.

· Be of assistance to the admin team in the generation of monthly invoices and other adhoc duties as and when needed.

· Basic knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, report generation, project management, and other such relevant applications. Advance level knowledge will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure and network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.

• Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.

Education Requirement

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), ITIL Foundation Certification, or basic networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.
