How You Will Achieve It
• Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, change out and charging operation as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform sampling, intermediate and finished goods pack out as per SOPs.
• Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities and change over cleaning.
• Monitor process operation, trend and alarm using Delta V control system.
• Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
• Responsible for the updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
• Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
• Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to the manufacturing process.

What Are The Requirements
• Diploma / ITE / NITEC in a technical discipline or GCE ‘O/A’ levels
• At least 5 years’ combined experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industries.
• Good understanding & knowledge in the use of Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
• Must be prepared to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Some commissioning experience in new plant or equipment & in the writing of SOPs would be an added advantage.
