Job Description
- Perform & coordinate office activities and facility services
- Administer office processes and implement improvements to streamline the office and facility operations
- Manage office supplies inventory, print services and Dept’s fixed assets administration
- Coordinate the upkeep of office equipment and furniture
- Process invoices on office and facility services
- Administer the preparation, activation, issuance and record keeping of door access cards
- Process and maintain records of staff parking application of Company’s carpark
- Support the HSE and security audit documentation upkeep
- Generate periodic expense and facility performance reports on office and facility services
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Dept
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Estate Management
- 3 years’ relevant working experience in office administration and facility maintenance fields
- In-depth understanding of office management and building service procedures Ability to prioritize and perform multi-task work assignments
- With analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Possess procurement and negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering consistent excellence services all levels of employees
- A good team player with leadership skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to use AutoCad software will be an added advantage
- Competent writing and communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information
