Supporting Electrical and Automation at Tuas plant.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for safety personnel and plant.
· Participate directly in site emergency response team.
· Troubleshoot and repair a variety of complex liquid and powder processing, blending and high-speed packaging equipment.
· Repair and install various equipment, guards and piping using lifting devices if required.
· Perform PM’s and work orders as well as project work.
· Disassembly, diagnosis, repairs and re-assembly of machinery to hygienic and sanitary standards.
· Participate in the development of a Predictive Maintenance program at Tuas.
· Complete all necessary reports and documentation via hardcopy and computer.
· Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance to all safety and GMP policies.
· Be able to use independent judgment and work well within a team concept.
· Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
· Follow all cGMP requirements to ensure proper manufacturing environment.
· Actively participate in the resolution and elimination of downtime issues.
· Assist in the creation of SOP’s, checklist, and work instructions.
· Provide training and guidance to new employees.
· Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintain a clean and sanitary environment to 5S or similar standard.
· Adhere to the Tuas Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechatronics equivalent qualifications.
· At least 3 yearsof industrial maintenance experience.
· Previous experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment is preferred with experience and knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance technologies.
