Job Description:

• Maintenance of building, facilities and security in all Company’s site.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order. Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment includes power/ UPS, back-up generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status update to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.

- Travel Requirements: The job requires travelling island-wide, so you must be willing

- Having class 3 Driving Licence is a plus.

- Experience in Repair/installation of POS/Kiosk Systems: While not mandation, having

- Prepare costing for new project

- Prepare shop/As built drawing for submission to authorities using Autocad software

- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or related field

- Familiar with Autocad software/Microsoft Office

- Do not mind travelling to sites

• Provide Technical Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues related to windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Enhance User Experience: Deliver high-quality customer service and support to end-users, ensuring their IT needs are met and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
• Maintain IT Infrastructure: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, including performing routine updates, backups, and system monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
• Support IT Projects: Contribute to various IT projects and initiatives, providing support and collaborating with the IT team to achieve project goals and improve IT services.
• Develop Technical Skills: Continuously learn and develop technical skills to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, enhancing the overall capability of the IT support team.
