In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.

This role requires you to have:

• A Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Work experience in a customer support environment.
• Work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 1 year.
• Knowledge in laser, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, other instruments.
• Proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training sessions or troubleshooting instances.

• Analyze the 5G/4G logs from field test in Singapore and identify keys issues, and work with test and software teams to resolve it.
• Oversee and direct the validation of cellular systems for field testing activities in diverse markets throughout Singapore.
• Over a decade of experience in the industry, specializing in program management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Min 3 years of experience in mobile phone testing of 5G/4G technologies
• Experience in 5G/4G log analysis and debug issues from field tests
