We have an opportunity for Senior Engineer at our R&D centre based in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

The applicant will be assigned to Engineering Team and will be involved in R&D projects in a laboratory environment and semi-industrial field piloting. The applicant will

· Develop Basic Engineering Package and/or Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages

· Develop specification and data sheet for skid, unit operation, and integration with plant.

· Process and sizing calculation to meet design requirement.

· Develop control philosophy, safety interlock, and quality control.

· Develop technical specification and RFQ to support equipment procurement.

· Able to lead on FAT, installation, and commissioning of equipment by working closely with customer, contractor, and equipment fabricator.

· Work closely with operation team to develop SOP and safety protocol on site.

· Prepare project costing, proposal, and report.

Requirements and Qualifications

· B.Sc., M.S. or equivalent experience in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or related field.

· Min 3 years of knowledge and experience in industries and/or separation technologies

· Able to perform HAZOP analysis, and with strong safety awareness.

· Ability to work on design, RFQ, equipment fabrication and site integration.

· Good knowledge of complex problem-solving and project management.

· Techno-economic calculation and analysis.

· Strong communication skills and report writing.

· Able to work independently (self-driven) and within a team environment.

· Creative, resourceful, and efficient in managing and executing multiple projects.

· Prior experience in managing piloting site or solvent treatment processes is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in incident, request, change and problem management related to database operations.
• Provide oncall support, including outside of office hours, and participate in Major incidents.
• Ensure SLA for incidents and service requests are met with high quality of work.

As a layout and circuit Failure Analysis Engineer your responsibilities include:

Your duties shall cover but not restricted to the following:
