Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement, and monitor work
• Schedule following the master and detailed work program
• Liaise with a Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle technical and engineering problems
• Guide supervisors about construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• must have Lifting Engineer Certification for a Senior role
• Experienced in Singapore underground project, D/wall, and other structural works
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LTA Project is preferred
• willing to work 6 days and/or 5.5 days per week

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will contribute to infrastructure planning, project execution, and end-user support to ensure seamless technology integration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in planning and designing technology schematics and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop detailed bills of materials and provide proactive recommendations for technology enhancements.
• Take full accountability for assigned projects, overseeing the installation, field deployment, and implementation phases through to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules and cost sheets, ensuring timely reporting of progress to senior staff.
• Provide technical and desktop support for end-users, ensuring system reliability and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and communicate solutions, fostering positive relationships.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint security, and basic networking configuration.
• Familiarity with helpdesk systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills to manage end-user interactions and articulate technical solutions.
• Capable of planning delivery timelines and coordinating with stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Responsible for all major mechanical and electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Lead a team of technical executives/technicians for troubleshooting works
• Manage the purchase of major supply and repair items alongside with supervision and execution of preventive and condition monitoring of major electrical equipment
• Handle hands-on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
• Coordination with clients and subcontractors to meet the site/project requirements
• Carry out rectification of faults within a specified time
• In-charge of troubleshooting of M&E system
• Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
• Responsible for project cost control and service standards
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Technical knowledge of M&E systems(including, but not limited to, fire protection systems, AV systems and ACMV systems) is an added advantage
• Able to perform shift work if required
