Maintenance Operations:

• Oversee planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance for all facility assets
• Manage statutory inspections and testing

Technical Administration:

• Manage records, O&M manuals, and technical documentation
• Operate building management systems
• Oversee work order management and performance monitoring

Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain site infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
• Oversee building fabric maintenance and site infrastructure upkeep

Project Management:

• Initiate and manage capital projects and improvements
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installations and upgrades
• Manage project budgets and timelines

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies
• Manage permits, licenses, and certifications
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on asset performance and condition
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 3 years of experience in facilities management or building engineering
• Strong knowledge of building systems and asset management principles
• Familiarity with CMMS and building automation systems
• Experience with project management and budget control
• Understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 55000)
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, CEM, FMP) are a plus

Job description:

• Provide support to their supervisors throughout the design and development phase.
• Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control
• Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors, etc.
• Will be responsible for overall project management and delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution
• Make calculations and prepare plans for projects, and oversee and provide reports on progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
• Oversee the progress of project elements
• Attends project meetings, liaise with clients/ consultants/ technical teams, and resolve any site issues

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent, recognized by PEB or IES of Singapore
• Proficient in both MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Good exposure in design of Civil Engineering works
