• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the Superintending Officer and/or Professionsl engineer.
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• To inspect completed work and prepare defects list if necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural engineering
• Possess a valid RE Certificate

- Min. 8 years relevant local experiences in Civil Engineering Projects

( Preferable 5 yrs of local experience in Pipejacking works )

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB)/ Building Construction Authority (BCA) is a must or

- Possessed RE Cert

Responsibilities
• Responsible for lifting activities on site
• Prepare lifting plan and Risk Assessment for lifting operations
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety regulations

Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer including five (5) years of experience in the construction supervision for LTA/ PUB projects
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in Infrastructure project.
• Experience with LTA road, bridges project would be an advantage

• Must have lifting certificate from IES / MOM with 5 years related exp for lifting engineer role
