The team maintain buildings by making repairs and performing safety checks. Maintain the day to day operations of the building. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Minor Work team performs small values repair under SORs. Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements. Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Perform as a driver to pick up and drop workers and purchase materials when necessary

He prepares quotations, coordinate repair works schedules, liaise with the subcon / repair work team to start and complete the works. Any other works assigned by management

Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of technicians and contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.

Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

Educations & Experience

Prior experience in building operations in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.

Diploma and above or relevant studies.

Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.

Able to perform 12 hour shift and standby duties.

Job Duties:

• Design, implement and test components from functional specifications.
• Participate in analyzing, resolving and providing technical support escalated to the team
• Contribute and guide other developers to maintaining a high standard of delivery quality
• Propose solutions to problems and build designs with the Technical Lead
• Participate in peer code reviewing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Java ecosystem.
• Very good understanding of application system design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Frontend development experience with Vuejs or Angularjs
• Experience developing web service - REST, gRPC
• Good knowledge of different design patterns
• Working experience with Agile Methodology in at least on project
• Good knowledge and understanding of the following: Maven/Git/CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab CI
• Good to have experience with: Containers (Docker)/ Kubernetes/Messaging Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebsphereMQ)/Relational Database/NoSQL Database
• General knowledge of corporate and investment banking especially financing domain.
• Good understanding of SDLC
