As part of our system Engineering team, you play a key role in the design and development of our Inspection and Metrology machines. In your role you will work hands-on on the mechanical integration, process optimization and automation of the machine. Your work will involve integration of the mechatronic, optical and software building blocks and will hence work closely together with Mechanical design, Hardware, Optics and software teams.

It is your job to analyze customer requirements, build up a deep understanding of the problem and translate these into automated solutions that you detail clearly in measurable design requirements. To verify the solutions, you will build and test high-speed mechatronic setups for spec validation and critical parameter analysis. Once these are confirmed, you will coordinate the design and implementation in the different teams to eventually integrate tested modules and building blocks in the machine and assess the impact of the integration on the overall machine performance.

You get the chance to confirm high speed Pick and Place handling capabilities at key customers on site and broaden your customer and application know how along the way.

Furthermore you seek the challenge of understanding, analyzing, (re-)defining, and implementing sophisticated material handling flows until the level of detailed micro-sequences.

You will often write PLC level test sequences for mockup validation and data collection. Once the system is validated, translate these sequences into SW requirements.

As a senior system Engineer, you are considered as project/product owner. That means, besides technical work, you will also lead a multi-disciplinary team on project/product basis. Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.
• Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
• Liaising with the customer technical representatives.
• Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features.
• Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool.
• Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.
• Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.
• Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets.
• Identify potential failures and recommend solution.
• Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation.

Requirements:

• L3 Network Engineer with min 7yrs of experience
• Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization.
• Should have supported Network deployments.
• Should have 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles.
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat.
• Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing.
• Identify potential failures and recommend solution.
• Update knowledge base with known errors.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
• Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business.

Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination on site.

Manage day to day site operations

Attend clients, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings

Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team.

Deploy required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements.

Promote strong safety culture and ensure site safety and vironmental control measures are in place at all times.
