Cloud Infrastructure & Operations:

1. Implement robust solutions on AWS using services like EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, and Document DB.

2. Manage infrastructure changes via IaC (Terraform), ensuring scalable environments with EC2, ALB, NLB, EBS, and EFS.

3. Migrate workloads to AWS, ensuring seamless transitions.

4. Automate deployments and data resilience using Python, shell scripting, and SSM

5. Implement monitoring, alerting, and security with CloudWatch, SNS, CloudFront, and WAF.

6. Automate deployments, data resilience, and system administration using Python, shell scripting, Bash, and PowerShell.

7. Administer Linux and Windows environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

8. Support incident management and participate in the on-call rotation.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

1. Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver customized AWS solutions.

2. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS services.

3. Maintain comprehensive documentation and stay updated with industry trends.

4. Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience with core AWS services, such as IAM, networking, security, and operations.

• Strong understanding of both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Document DB, Mongo DB).

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Bash, Python, Go, etc., with additional expertise in Linux administration, Windows, and shell scripting.

• Solid understanding and experience building systems using AWS compute services, such as EC2, and serverless platforms like AWS Lambda.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform, and a clear understanding of infrastructure pipeline concepts.

• Experience implementing AWS database solutions, such as RDS, DynamoDB, or Aurora.

• Familiarity with network protocols and IP networking, along with experience in network troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of security best practices and a commitment to integrating them into daily tasks and projects.

• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Splunk, Grafana, and logging solutions like th e ELKstack.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure in cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud.

• AWS technical certification, such as the AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.

• Skilled in collaborative projects with distributed teams and working with agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide on-site services for new and existing customers, including equipment servicing and upgrades.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
• Update customer on the nature of service provided and recommends equipment repairs or system upgrade.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and recommends solution to customer.
• Provides technical analysis of equipment installation, modifications, and upgrade in accordance to customer’s requirements.
• Regular communication with customer to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Duties includes but not limited to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and relocation.

Requirements & Skills:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Knowledge and experience in using Solid Works and PLC programming will be an added advantage.

Client Management:

Key Responsibilities:
To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
Staff security clearance matters
Client device delivery
Client device staging and image distribution
Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
Client device acceptance
Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
Track and compile project report regularly.
Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
Work with Project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
Work with Project team to handover the client devices for O&S
Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
Submit the progress reports to Project Manager
