Responsibilities:
• To establish step by step manufacturing processes to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
• To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
• Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders.
• Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
• Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
Requirement:
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical) with related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration. Fresh graduate will be considered.
• SAP know-how and experience is preferred
• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others
• Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
• Team player, systematic and result oriented
• Competency in MS Office/google app sheet applications
