Job Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
• Setting up of appointments with the prospective clients
• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services

Job Description:

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one with our group’s Sales Representatives.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Requirements and skills:

• Able to speak fluent English
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Persuasive and results-oriented

WORKING HOURS:

Monday – Friday

Shift 1 – 10am-1pm

Shift 2 – 2pm-5pm

(Option to choose either shift 1 or shift 2)

• Working Location: North – Industrial Area (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio) – requires taking a few bus stops
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Generate client lists
• Prospect and make cold calls to potential clients
• Get a clear understanding of client's business requirements during sales calls
• Follow up on all sales inquiries
• Manage all objections with the calls
• Make accurate, timely cost calculations and provide clients with quotations
• Negotiate with potential clients on pricing, costs, delivery, specifications, and terms of an agreement during closing in consultation with the Sales Manager
• Gather market intelligence, industry and client information, and business trends
