About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Engineer, Underground Structures to join our team in Singapore, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and execution of complex underground infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of underground structures, including tunnels, underground stations, and deep foundations

• To arrange the invoices alphabetically which has been posted in the computer and put them in a temporary file until such time that it is paid.
• Prior to payment, the Accounts Payable Officer must complete all the supporting documents such as Purchase Order and Purchase Request and attach them to the invoices.
• Should be aware of the deadline for the monthly payment of taxes, water, electricity, telephone and others.
• Keep all used cheque books for future reference.
• Maintain an efficient filing system of Paid Invoices based on the vendor’s name.

Major functions
The post holder provides support and assistance to the Education and Outreach arm of the Conservation and Science Department of WWF-Singapore on multiple projects, activities and tasks. The Education and Outreach team aims to bring conservation and sustainability education and awareness to various stakeholders in Singapore. The post holder will play a vital role in developing and supporting the successful execution of the #WeGotThis Programme via contribution to its content development, event logistics and management, building and maintaining the #WeGotThis youth alumni community, and creating strategic communications and designing collaterals for #WeGotThis social media and community channels.
