Responsibilities:

· Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients

· Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

· Handle customer feedback & complaints

· Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing

· Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser

· Generate sales report for submission to management

· Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.

· Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ.

· Inputting orders to company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Preferred knowing in Japan culture, speaking and writing in Japanese will be advantage

· Computer use competency

· Able to touch JP pork & beef meat.

· Well-developed phone manners and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute social media strategies for new product launches
• Manage and own the social media content calendar
• Develop and execute sustenance strategies for long-running marketing campaigns to continuously grow new sub-brands and audience
• Develop and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with corporate and brand direction
• Set goals and develop reporting metrics for each social media platform
• Craft effective campaign briefs for creative team
• Work with the marketing & creative teams to create high quality and timely content that engages with a wide range of audience types
• Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to develop KOL engagement activities and develop supporting assets for campaigns
• Build lasting relationships with existing KOLs / influencers, and actively engage new content creators for campaigns
• Create and distribute engaging copy across all social media platforms
• Research on new audience interests and behavior to develop relevant, localised, and engaging content plans for multiple social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok)

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management, product marketing, brand management and/or agency experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, social media, PR and retail trends and insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and other reporting tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Self motivated, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams

· Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest engaging Company's service

· Make outbound calls to B2B and B2C prospects

· Preparation of quotations and follow ups

· Record prospect information in CRM database

Preferred Qualifications

· Keen interest in renovation industry, willing to learn attitude

· Prior experience working in sales preferred but not necessary

· A driven, enthusiastic and hard-working nature

· The ability to form strong business relationships
