• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 7+ years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in CAD and EDA tool development and support, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• CAD and EDA Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies for digital and analog IC design, verification, and physical implementation. Proficiency with tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, and scripting languages like Tcl, Perl, Python, Mentor Calibre svrf / tvf is required.
• Design Flow: Strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from front-end design (RTL, synthesis, simulation) to back-end physical implementation (place and route, timing analysis, physical verification).
• Problem-solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex design and tool-related issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive them to completion.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description & Requirements

Support the project team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the civil & structural works (site).

· Manage on-site construction works and documentation

· Assist in overseeing engineering deliverable and multi-disciplinary works in order to meet project quality requirements.

· Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out accordingly to local regulations and requirements and meet project quality requirements.

· Assist in preparing civil and structural designs and contract specifications

· Coordinate work with other disciplines such as civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical.

· Prepare and compile related report

· Planning physical works on site through scheduling works and agreed timelines, sequencing of construction works

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Description & Requirements

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants and any external parties like neighbouring contractors and utility companies.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer with BCA.
• At least 6 years site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
• Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, e.g. Microsoft

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Supervise project work on various site
• Manage project schedule efficiently
• Review M & E Drawings
• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

In your new role you will:
