• Create shop drawing based on information, specifications, calculations and incorporate all details of shop drawing.
• Ensure the drawings in keeping with company standards.
• Understand company welding and nesting details.
• Provide MTO based on drawing details.
• Develop and maintain drawing numbering system and proper control of revisions.
• Maintain all drawing files and update drawings as and when required.
• Explain drawings to Production or Construction teams and provide adjustments if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in steel structure detailing preferred.
• Candidates with Tekla Structures software knowledge will be an advantage.
• Hands on AutoCAD and drafting knowledge.
• Telaka knoweldge is a must
• Organised, meticulous, team player with sense of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND ISO 13485 system
• Establish and maintain proper documentation control & distribution
• Conduct internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sections for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits
• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies in conducting audits
• Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external and internal 8D and revised specs and procedures
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures to meet the quality system requirements
• Ensure system compliance & preparations for Management Review
• Review audit findings and develop action plans
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance
• Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment
• Direct and head internal audit programs by reviewing procedures, while recommending improvements for all internal audit policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experiences in QMS and ISO 9001 audit, preferably in manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
• Knowledge in preparing FMEA and Control Plans

• Perform site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up assistance for Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives
• Interface with customers on after sales service
• Attend all maintenance related problems on site
