We are currently seeking a competent Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dedicated team to perform the following tasks within a busy working environment:

Key Competencies:

• Hands-on skillsets on mechanical installation
• Mechanical Design experience or knowledge
• 3D CAD software NX experience highly preferred
• Good communication skills.

Main Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in mechanical tooling design and mechanical installation
• Drafting of sketches into engineering drawings
• Discuss technical issues with customers/suppliers
• On site meeting with customer/suppliers if required.
• Manage contractors and perform site supervision to ensure our products are properly installed.
• Coordinate with customers/suppliers on project.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work as a team with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in hands-on mechanical skills, tooling modification or design preferred
• Knowledge in NX or Solidworks or Solidedge CAD software
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 5 working day week (Monday – Friday)

• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
• Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and implement Security projects
2. Maintain Global IT Security Standards and Policy.
3. Conduct Internal IT Security Audit to group companies in Asia
4. Conduct Annual External Audit (Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Test)
5. Conduct Security Awareness Training.
6. Incident Response, investigation and recovery.
7. Support daily Security operations
8. Manage and Adminster Firewall operations in Asia
9. Maintaining EndPoint Protection and updates.
10. Maintaining Patch Management system

Required Skill Sets:

• Knowledge on Security products and technology
• Knowledge in conducting Internal IT Security Audit
• Knowledge in handling security incident and response
• Knowledge in managing various type of firewall
• Knowledge in managing various type of endpoints protection
• Knowledge in managing patch management tools

• Attending site meetings with consultant / main con
• Study of drawing details and coordinate with consultant and main contractor to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications/ drawing
• Inform Project Director or Project Maanger on any technical / site problems arising
• Supervising the progress of work on site
• Ensure that the work on site is on schedule and submit claim for work carry out

Requirements:-

• 1 year work experience preferred
• Minimum Nitec in electrical / Mechanical engineering
• Familiar with ACMV / HVAC system
• Able to work independently and a good team player
