Job Overview

Candidate will be responsible for improving yield and device performance of automotive chips during production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.

• Analyze yield, process, diagnostic, and semiconductor test data to ramp production volume, support lot disposition, drive baseline yield improvement, and isolate root causes of yield loss and product performance degradation.
• Support foundry / assembly house on process qualification, test house management, test probe card, load board and tester validation on performance over process and operating condition, debug and release test program into mass production.
• Collaborate with wafer foundries, assembly and test houses and Qualcomm PTE (product and test engineering) team to isolate root causes of yield loss and drive improvements.
• Interface with management and business teams to provide yield outlook for product planning and cost analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years experience with ATE test platforms, especial familiarity with Advantest 93K.
