We are seeking for a motivated Design Engineer specializes in the design, analysis, and coordination of building works in construction projects. These professionals work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specific time and in accordance with the project timeline.
• Check for accuracy and update amendments to precast shop drawings.
• Produce precast layout plans and fabrication shop drawings of precast concrete elements for production and submission to clients.
• Liaise with consultants concerning drawing details and technical issues.
• Liaise internally with production and suppliers on the submission/ issuance of shop drawings, highlight technical issues and keep them updated of any revisions.
• Incorporate on the drawings (2D and 3D) and update any amendment openings and recesses, architectural features, cast-in-items, lifting system and any other relevant details.
• Coordinate Structural, Architectural and M&E drawings to check and highlight any discrepancy and raise RFI to finalize precast shop drawings for production.
• Request any detail required for precast shop drawings.
• Check every detail and ensure precast drawings tally with construction drawings.
• Attend technical meetings with consultants/clients as and when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Building/Civil Engineering or related as recognized by PE Board.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in site planning and coordination works for building projects.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience in Precast design for building works in Singapore.

· Familiar with both structural detailing (including rebar detail) and basic architectural detailing.

· Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, TELKA or All Plan).

The Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support Cloud Infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. The person will also implement Cloud-related and DevOps technologies such as AWS/Azure/Kubernetes. Senior DevOps Engineer will be expected to conduct workshops with client to identify their challenges, come up with transformation roadmap and deliver technical solutions while coaching delivery teams on DevOps best practices.

About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review.

- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure readiness of all sections for third party certification body, management review and customer audits.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance

- Review audit findings and develop action plans to drive continuous improvements.

- Generate and review quality reports on suppliers’ performance and work with suppliers to address non-conforming materials, and drive for continuous improvement.

- Issue and follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to suppliers, monitor and review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure.

- Support the qualification of new suppliers to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified suppliers to meet Cyrus production requirements.

- Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for equipment.

- Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback, and collaborate with the production team to address internal process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints with proper documentation.

- Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance.
