Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site supervision for Civil, Structural and miscellaneous works for infrastructure projects.
• In charge RTOs on their day-to-day duties.
• Liaison with contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality, site safety and quality control, etc.
• Liaison and co-ordinate with relevant authorities and local communities for works executed on site.
• Carry out duties as QP representative as specified under BCA regulations and report to the project QP and Engineers.
• Administration of contract including assessment of progress payment claims, variations works, extension of time, etc.
• Ensure works carried out by the Contractor are in accordance with the drawings and specifications, approved work methods and schedule.
• Track and review Contractor’s submissions e.g. materials, suppliers, construction methodology, etc.
• Liaison and co-ordinate with other Contractor working on site.
• Give regular feedback and report to the Consultant on the works progress, as well as improvement items pertaining to safety, supervision, security, construction, maintenance, etc.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost estimation and control, budget management, design review, risk assessment, safety & quality control and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
• Vast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

MES Engineer/ IT Engineer/ Manufacturing IT

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and evaluate shop floor automation solutions.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of MES systems to enhance production planning and execution.
• Configure and integrate MES with other plant systems, such as ERP and PLCs.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement MES modules for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct testing (SIT, UAT).
• Provide system monitoring and support, system backup, including troubleshooting, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Perform systems and user administration.
• Provide training to end-users on MES, create and maintain documentation
• Develop and implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Lead and manage digitalization projects
• Provide technical support for production PCs, workstations, and network devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2- 5 years of practical experience in MES implementation, configuration, and support, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of MES systems and their functionalities.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA).
• Skilled in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, C#) and scripting.
• Experience in project and vendor management.
