Duties And Responsibilities

· Identify and assess individual therapy needs of patients

· Facilitate development of appropriate and effective tools for identification, assessment, intervention of patients.

· Provide intervention for patients on a one-to-one basis, group, class or special setting based on the needs of the patients.

· Evaluate and document patients therapy needs and progress regularly, and review the effectiveness of the intervention.

· Provide consultation and update patients’ status to the relevant caregivers.

• Plan budget allocation and recommend relevant speech and language therapy resources for the school
• Conduct in-house training programs for internal and external stakeholders (eg. teachers / parents / caregivers / volunteers)
• Participate in developing protocols and clinical guidelines to improve services in conjunction with the Head of Student Support/Principal
• Maintain records and documentation of assessment and intervention

Job Specifications

• Possess Degree in Speech Pathology from an institution recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Valid practising certificate with full registration from the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Applicants for Senior Therapist position should possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
• To provide valuable advices to customers in a professional manner
• To recommend suitable treatment packages to customers
• To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body or hair

• Daily housekeeping and upkeep of machine conditions

Role Requirement

• Min. requirement of Diploma or equivalent
• Good personal hygiene and well-groomed
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends
• Willing to travel
• Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage
• Preferred qualification in "para-medical science" degree /diploma in nutrition, food science, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy.
• Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage
• An independent and initiative individual who plays well in team
• Able to handle Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment
• Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) – you will need to use them daily
