OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:

Perform all facial services and treatment offered by the Spa. Always cultivating and maintaining a professional attitude. Responsible for providing and promoting spa treatments, customer satisfaction treatment service standards, hygiene and cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies, service procedures and standards.

· Educate, inform, and promote spa services to spa guests and employees.

· Inform Spa Team Leader of any guests’ complaints, concerns, equipment or supply issues.

· Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise as well as relevant departmental store information.

· Communicate and develop good working relationships with the Spa team, and Dept store retail associates, members and repeat guests.

· Assist with special events/workshop and perform other duties as assigned by the company.

· Be familiar with all spa packages, promotions, prices and rates.

· Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers (this includes freelance therapists)

· Maintain inventory products.

· Schedule guest appointments and fill in client history record for each client treated.

· Sell/promote homecare recommendations and products.

· Responsible for stocking supplies needed for cabinets (sheets, towels, blankets, refill oils, creams, and all products used by therapists while performing their treatments).

· Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with the children and families.
• At least 3 year’s experience working with children would be preferable.

Responsibilities

· Provide home-based and centred-based support for children with expressive, receptive and pragmatic social language delays, feeding and swallowing disorders

· Administer standardized language tests and to prepare reports.

· Conducting individual or group interventions for children with articulation difficulties, expressive and receptive

language issues and social communication difficulties.

· Works collaboratively with stakeholders in planning and implementing intervention plans

· Establishes and maintains regular good communication/rapport with caregivers and teachers

Qualifications and Traits

· Possess a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an institution recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council.

(AHPC)

· Valid practising certificate with full registration from the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)

· Applicants for Senior position should possess at least five years experience working with children with

developmental disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interventions for individuals with ASD.
• Perform centre-wide screenings using tools like interviews, document reviews, and observations to identify therapy needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and enhance the Daily Living Skills curriculum.
• Create and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with special education teachers.
• Administer assessments, develop sensory diets, and plan instructional activities for students.
• Provide home instruction and train teachers, caregivers, and parents for therapy continuity.
• Implement self-regulation strategies for optimal learning and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge plans.
• Supervise and guide occupational therapy interns.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with valid AHPC (Singapore) registration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Practical experience with individuals with ASD and their families is advantageous.
