Job Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing department in ensuring smooth and efficient operation
• Facilitate procurement process from PO issuance, sourcing, handling quotations & supplier management
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines on purchasing policies and relevant government’s regulations
• Resolve issues with vendors promptly
• Maintain and update purchasing document/records

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Lulu Money Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by compiling and analyzing financial data.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and organizational standards in all accounting activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, particularly with P&L management (experience in the remittance or foreign exchange industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
