• Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
• Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
• 5.5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm), Alt Sat Full Day

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.

Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive is expected to lead all sales efforts within their assigned territory, including prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, managing the sales cycle, proposal, business case and contract negotiation through to deal closure.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Evidence of regular 1st line positioning & demo expertise viewed favorable.
• Experience using Salesforce.com and Mac proficiency a plus
