Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Partner with multiple Commercial teams to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights
· Tracking Commercial team's performance and providing insights into performance to help drive revenue
· Identify new methodologies and metrics to enhance the understanding of BDM & RM performance
· Identify opportunities to cross sell products or target new merchant opportunities
· Develop new reports to enable Commercial team understand merchant performance and impact the focus of Commercial teams
· Develop insights across the complete life-cycle of a lead, opportunity, account and then track merchant performance once they are processing
· Collaborate with multiple teams from Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Product and Finance and support strategic initiatives
· Support the Insights and Reporting Director to deliver key projects
· Enhance Quality Assurance (QA) in all reporting and insight projects
· Deliver adhoc requests for reports and insights
Qualifications and experience include, but are not limited to:
· Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Maths, Economics, Science or related fields
· Experience in the payment industry is preferable
· Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret complex data
· Strong ability to describe complex analysis to non-technical audiences
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Technical Skills
· Data Analysis: Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI. Adept at handling large data sets, performing complex data manipulations, and generating actionable insights.
· Data Visualization: Experienced in creating interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making.
· CRM Tools: Skilled in Salesforce CRM; experienced in leveraging CRM data to enhance customer relationship management and drive sales strategies.
· Programming Languages: Basic knowledge of PowerBI/Python/SQL; familiar with using PowerBI for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks.
· Sales Tools: Proficient in sales tools like Salesforce Navigator, Built With, Cognism, Orbis and others, with a focus on supporting data-driven sales strategies.
