The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to Head/Directors (~5 leaders) of Global Technology Product team.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative matters including travel booking and arrangements, expense claims, lunch orders, schedule meetings for the team.
• Calendar management for few leaders including scheduling meetings, appointments, and meeting room bookings. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
• Assist with business-process related tasks such as staff onboarding, purchase of goods/services
• Receive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact and diplomacy
• Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries. Exercise confidentiality in supporting business team’s work.
• Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting a group of Senior Executives or team
• Proactive, motivated and adaptive individual
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, where urgent tasks may be requested concurrently
• Resourceful, can-do attitude, a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across Prudential Group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Coordinate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and agencies to secure optimal placements and competitive rates for advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for effective distribution.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives and drive business growth.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and community outreach programs, ensuring they meet marketing goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to guarantee the seamless execution of events.
• Collect and report monthly performance statistics for digital communications across all channels, using these insights to enhance future digital activities.
• Act as a brand guardian with the Marketing Communications team, ensuring consistency in the look and feel of online communications and maintaining the appropriate tone of voice in all copy.
• Oversee PPC campaigns, monitor their performance, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Write engaging, search engine-optimized content for the website and external blog posts to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Monitor the ROI of various online marketing campaigns, identifying areas for optimization.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, tailoring copy to suit different platforms and audiences.
• Maintain a content calendar for social media, ensuring regular and relevant postings.
• Stay informed about social media trends and innovations, recommending and adopting new channels and approaches as needed.
• Monitor social media for mentions of the company, responding to and engaging with customers to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
