Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of student academic matters, including secretarial services to the Institute Board of Academic and Examination.
• Deliver prompt and efficient support to the academic department, overseeing a variety of tasks such as managing admissions, maintaining student grades and records, evaluating grade reports, organising academic board meetings, and conducting statistical analysis and performance tracking for students and faculty.
• Support the Academic department by regularly collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to various student issues, including grades, academic performance, and graduation statistics.
• Provide regular reports on student enrollment and graduation data to senior management and university-wide committees.
• Ensure accurate recording of assessment methods and results for each module.
• Supply assessment reports and invigilator scheduling information to all Deans.
• Liaise with the Academic Board Chairman and members on academic matters, including arranging Board of Examiners ("BOE") meetings and recording minutes.
• Coordinate the signing of certificates by Academic Board members.
• Administer the issuance of academic transcripts and certificates.
• Assist with the authentication of photocopies of student transcripts and certificates.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Vice President of Academic.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of academic administration experience in a private education institution.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data & documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Main Purpose of Job:

This is a marketing centric role that will suit an energetic and positive individual. As an integral part of the marketing team, the candidate will be required to assist with Events Management, Direct Marketing and Marketing administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in events. The role is based in Singapore, however, may also include exposure to overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, promote and organise corporate events and webinars
• Creation of event invitations in line with the Company Brand Guidelines
• Post-event evaluation and reporting using CRM and generating reports in the evaluation of Marketing initiatives
• Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, Management of the monthly Newsletter and ad-hoc eDMs
• Stock management, production and delivery of Asia and local marketing materials and product literature by coordinating with external vendors
• Responsible for invoicing, and expenses tracking and budget management
• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and are compliant with regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and clients
• General partner support where required, assisting in gifting deliveries, helping with partner events

Job Knowledge:

• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on experience (physical and virtual) event management
• Have a flair for aesthetics and attentive to details
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems ideal (eg. Salesforce)

Job Description:

• Received enquiry from Sales or direct customer and forward to Planner with cargo details.
• Received rates from Planner, forward to Sales and follow cargo status.
• Create JOB in Cargoware for cargo details, shipper requirements and request Planner to proceed booking with quotation email.
• Provide booking confirmation to customer or Sales once received Planner.
• Manage HAWB process in Cargoware and activate service provider - Declarator for Export permit declaration.
• Monitor shipment status of uplift, arrival and any irregularity.
• Received inbound pre-alert from customer. Activate service provider - Declarator for Import permit and liaise with OPS for terminal clearance, breakdown or delivery (if any).
• AR process and ensure receipt payment from customers within granted period.
• Others - Source prices or solutions for businesses do not transit via SG if any enquiry from Sales through WCA network.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of customer service and relevant experience

• Proven experience in air freight industy or logistic firm will be a plus point.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in finding new customer.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with logistics management software is a plus.

• Manage employment administration such as preparing of employment contracts, HR letters, etc
• Organise confirmation and performance management review
• Manage employee's leave, claims and attendance administration
• Liaise with insurance agents on Foreign Medical Insurance, Work Injury Compensation Insurance, entity insurance and insurance claims if any
• Process monthly payroll (2 pay run cycles), submission of CPF, submission of annual employment income tax, etc and ensure statutory compliance
• Update statutory information with the relevant government authorities and submit government claims as and when required

Job Requirements
