• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the company’s needs are met without overstocking.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assigned ad-hoc procurement duties/ projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement working experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese in order to communicate with China counterparts, and translate English documents to Chinese.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system.
• Familiar in category strategy development, sourcing, supplier performance management and contract management.
• Good knowledge of procurement best practices, contract agreement, financials and cost analysis.
• Resourceful with a logical and analytical mind and the ability to think strategically with strong business acumen.
