SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel ofall communication.

- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as

Facebook and Instagram.

- Create and execute EDM schedule.

- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24
