What You Bring

• 2 to 3 years experience in People Operations and Workplace Management or similar in a fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or HR Management will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise effectively and streamline processes. Strong knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…)
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Management, onsite and remote staff) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients and vendors)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations.
• Proven ability to support remote employees across multiple continents & various timezones, to ensure they can experience a consistent company culture.
• Familiarity with basic HR processes (e.g. staff record management, leave and appraisal process management), HR software and compliance to support operations
• Ability to handle sensitive People's information with the utmost discretion, ensuring a secure and professional environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills equip you to address challenges efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

• Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing channels with innovative ideas (e.g., company websites, social media, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
• Regularly generate, edit, publish and update company websites, social media posts, stories, and other sharable content
• Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the form of copy, video and images
• Manage and improve online content and track SEO efforts.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and be open to experimenting with new channels.

Your duties as Senior Executive - Operations are as follows:

· Overseeing the daily operations for the customs declaration business, based on the account assigned

· Communicating closely with the clients to keep them updated on their declaration requests

· Communicating closely with the offsite data entry team to ensure timely and accurate customs submissions

· Ensuring periodic meetings with customers on assess the overall performance and identify room for improvement

· Liaising and communicating with relevant agencies on behalf of the clients.

Job responsibilities
