Introduction

• Our Marketing Executive at Learns will primarily be working within our digital marketing team. You take charge of the company’s branding and marketing efforts, in addition to marketing campaigns for clients. You will also utilise social media and funnel marketing techniques, working with our internal teams as well as clients to come up with mid to long-term overarching branding strategies.
• As Learns is a video production company, the majority of our video production work will be on location. You will be required to participate in some of our video shoots, which you require to commute to various locations. Otherwise, all other work will be done from home... there is no office work.
• Note that this position would be supported under the government's Career Conversion Programme (CCP), so hard skills for this position aren't that critical. What's important is your ability to fulfill the job roles and responsibilities.

What Roles and Responsibilities Will You Hold?

Pre-Marketing

• Identify platforms to strengthen digital branding and marketing effort for company and clients.
• Plan strategy and content for funnel marketing campaigns for company and clients.
• Plan strategy and content for social media marketing for company and clients.
• Conduct keyword research, web-traffic monitoring, and best practices from competitors.
• Develop communication materials for promotions for company and clients.
• Generate design concepts and ideas for branding and marketing campaigns and communications materials for company and clients.

Marketing

• Produce content for website, articles, e-newsletters and video for company.
• Implement funnel marketing, social media marketing and any offline marketing campaigns for company and clients.
• Implement public relations activities for company and clients.
• 1Produce, receive and act on public relations business communications.
• Nurture and maintain public relations with clients and external partners.
• Handle comments on social media platforms.
• Monitor expense and adhere to budget allocation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of funnel marketing, social media marketing and any offline marketing activities for company and clients.
• Implement crisis management action and communication plan for company.

Optimisation and Reporting

• Research on new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
• Report on effectiveness of campaigns through analytics reporting for company and clients.

What Qualities Should You Possess?

• Most importantly, you should possess strategisation, planning and communication skills.
• You must also be able to communicate with clients well.
• Because we are not operating solo, you must be able to work in a team which works primarily in the content creation / video production field.
• You should be inclined to a creative and collaborative mindset to work in different projects.
• You have to be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to schedule.
• This is a plus - have basic knowledge in content creation using basic apps. But it's ok if you don't, because we can train you.
• Lastly, it'll be necessary for you to have knowledge in using task management, office productivity and communication apps like Trello, Calendar, Google Drive, etc.

What Qualifications Must You Have?

• Well, we don't really mind if you're graduating from a uni or a poly. In fact, we don't look at your grades. Learns Marketing is hoping to get you in with the attitude in wanting to work hard, learn continuously and grow together.
• Even if you don't possess every one of the qualities above, but want to learn, feel free to apply. But our advice is... do know what you're signing up for. If you are purely looking to make a lot of money, or have a regimental work life, there are numerous other ways to do so than to join our small and hardworking team... or even work in the creative industry for that matter.
• But if you want your competence and creativity in digital marketing to be showcased, have a liking to talk to clients, and love to contribute in a team in a small company, then this posting could be the best thing for you!

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibility

· Design and manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems (e.g., MVAC, Electrical, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary) for projects across sectors such as residential, office, commercial, healthcare, and institutional.

· Perform design work for greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.

· Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant drawings, project specifications, and regulatory standards.

· Oversee site operations, including supervising M&E personnel, tracking progress, verifying drawings and materials, and managing method statement submissions and approvals to ensure quality and timely completion.

· Maintain accurate records of M&E activities, including tests, defect rectifications, inspections, work progress, materials, equipment, and safety compliance.

· Monitor the installation of M&E systems, coordinating with contractors on-site, and addressing technical issues promptly.

· Conduct system testing and inspections with consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

· Prepare and submit regular reports to the project manager detailing project progress, delays, defects, and any necessary rectification measures.

· Attend consultant meetings and manage the relevant M&E aspects of construction activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

· At least 8 years of experience in M&E design and implementation.

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on Civil Engineering projects.

· Proven experience in the construction industry is essential.

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated initiative, self-drive, and the ability to work independently.

Duties
