Description of the role:

The administrator will be based at the office and focus on providing administrative support to the department to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role would not be just limited to paperwork and may include various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

· Monitor daily inventory levels against forecasted projections to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer requirements

· Coordinate with other departments to manage import returns for empty drop-offs and schedule export releases for empty pickups
