Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Training Executive. As a Training Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of our training programs and services. You will work closely with our trainers, students, and clients to coordinate training activities and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the main point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, offering prompt, accurate information and assistance.

· Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining training records, managing registrations, and preparing training materials.

· Coordinate communication among trainers, students, and clients to ensure smooth program execution and enhance participant satisfaction.

· Maintain and update student records and databases, upholding strict compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.

· Assist in tracking and reporting training program effectiveness and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

· At least one year of relevant experience in an administrative or training executive role.

· Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

· Minimum educational qualification of an A-Level or Diploma.

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage the front office at the Management Office and oversee its realization

-Assist Occupants in the booking of facilities and to monitor these bookings including providing reports

-Record receivables and undertake banking services for receivables and when directed to take action against arrears receivables

-Manage the process of invoices/bills received by the Management Corporation

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

-Good customer skills with self-drive

-Able to speak and read Chinese in order to communicate in Chinese language to handle customers queries and request.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Salary: basic 1500-2500,+ commission 1.8%-2.5% + personal incentive $100

Location： Island wide

Time: 6 days off per month, 9hrs /days (include break)

Description:

• ⁠Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote 3rd party brands at retail supermarkets.
• ⁠Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• ⁠Support the Marketing Director in implementing local store marketing, weekly promotions, and activities to drive foot traffic and sales in the Gourmet Retail Shop and QB Food online store to meet assigned sales targets.
• ⁠Plan weekly promotions(including selecting the right mix of products and setting pricing).
• Monitor and troubleshoot app performance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG / Retail marketing.
