Responsibilities:

• Oversee the employee lifecycle from staff planning, recruitment, on-boarding to performance & talent management, recognition & reward, learning & development, demobilisation/exit etc.
• Partner closely with business and project leaders to provide advice and guidance on all HR topics (i.e. local labour regulations, organisational and people-related strategy)
• Business partnership to projects/ business units focusing on their HR tactical and operational needs (i.e. employee engagement, talent acquisition, international mobility, salary review, performance management and talent development) and ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies
• Being a HR Professional focal point for managers and employees at all levels
• Ensure the statutory requirement and compliance in line with labor law
• Support and coordinate with global mobility team and be the local point of contact for project’s transfers and missions.
• Support HR initiatives, programs, and projects

Requirements:

• Possesses good experience in HR without needing too much guidance beyond the initial settling into the new environment and work processes
• Someone who is independent, takes initiative and is hands on.

• Support in the buying of goods and services for Opex
• Effectively execute the relevant S&P steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite and Receive) in order to get the right service/product at the right place at the right time
• Effectively use the supporting ERP system. Key user for OCS system
• Contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of relevant procurement contracts
• Specifically contract administration activities such as facilitate visibility and availability of contracts, manage updates, monitor and follow-up contract end dates
• Support the Manager S&P in structurally managing the supplier base, especially regarding periodical supplier performance measurement and document management as part of the Supplier Management Program
• Support in periodically measuring and analysing processes and their performance/results by measuring global and local KPIs (e.g. P2P, savings, contractor safety, etc.)
• Contribute in discussions on recommendations to improve the performance
• Develop, utilize and promote S&P Technology and systems for P2P and reporting to provide information/solutions to customers and to support decision-making
• Others - Job assigned by Manager S&P from time to time

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of relevant purchasing experience
• Preferably experience with ERP system
• Quantity Surveying background is preferred

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, online transfers, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for all AP transactions.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections efforts.
• Reconcile AR transactions and customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate aging report for management review.

Others:

• Perform regular reconciliations of AP/AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts to manage cash flow, track incoming and outgoing payments, and forecast payment schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to AP/AR functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
