THE JOB:

• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits, and any such activities.
• Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).

• Support HR projects and take the initiative for the HR process.
• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.

• Assess equipment balance and repositioning costs.
• Collaborate with regional offices, agents, procurement, finance, and trades.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent
• Strong data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
